Leadli Communities now includes content moderation controls to help admins reduce spam and enforce community guidelines.
Admins can define words, phrases, or domains that should be flagged. When a post or comment matches, it is held for review before it appears in the community feed. Matching is case-insensitive, and phrases are recommended for better accuracy.
A starter pack of common spam and scam phrases is available to load quickly. Admins can also test sample text against their rules before anything goes live.
Flagged content appears in a Needs review area so admins can:
Flagged content remains invisible to other members until it is approved.
Member-reported posts and comments appear in a separate review area. Admins can review the full thread and choose to keep or remove the content.
Authors can still see their own pending posts with a clear In review status, while the content stays hidden from everyone else until approved.
Admins can be notified when content is flagged so items can be reviewed promptly.
Posts and comments from admins and owners are not held for review. Moderation rules apply only to member-generated content.
Search now better handles typos, alternate phrasing, synonyms, and accented or non-English text. Results are ranked by relevance so the best matches appear first.
