Appointment booking flows now support 13 languages. Choose a language when you create the flow, and the booking experience is shown in that language, including the timezone picker, date and time selectors, and the confirmation button. Form flows already work in any language you write them in.
What’s new
13 languages for appointment booking
- Choose a language during setup: Set the language on the flow and the full booking experience follows.
- Regional variants where needed: French (France and Canada) and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) are available so wording matches the market.
- All booking steps translate: Timezone picker, date and time selection, field labels, helper text, and the confirm button.
Supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada), Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Danish, Finnish, and Swedish.
Form flows in any language
- Write it and send it: A form flow displays in whatever language you write the questions in.
- Build per market if needed: Create separate versions for different audiences and send the one that fits.
Preview before you publish
- Live preview: Preview shows the flow in the language you selected.
- Easy to review: Language is visible in your flows list so you can confirm coverage.
Where this helps
- Latin America: Spanish and Portuguese options help customers book in the language they use most.
- Europe: German, French, Italian, Dutch, and Nordic languages help reduce friction when booking.
- Mixed audiences: Use different language versions of the same flow and send the right one for each contact.
How to use it
- Go to Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows.
- Click Create Flow and choose Appointment booking.
- In Flow details, select your calendar and choose the Language.
- Use the preview to confirm the wording.
- Continue to the WhatsApp template step and publish.
For a form flow, write your form in the language you want and send it as a flow. Customers will see the form in the same language it is written in.
Why this matters
WhatsApp is a primary messaging channel across Latin America and much of Europe. When booking is presented in the customer’s language, it can reduce confusion and increase completed bookings.
Open Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows to build your next booking flow in your customer’s language.
