AI Studio Payments checkouts are now more flexible. You can control which fields buyers complete, capture leads before payment with a two-step checkout, and show clearer order details after payment.

Choose which fields appear at checkout

You can show, hide, or require the phone number and billing address fields (street, city, state, ZIP, country). Name and email are always required.

Two-step checkout

Collect contact details first, then take payment in a second step.

• Step 1 saves the buyer as a CRM contact, even if they do not complete payment.
• Step 2 collects the payment.

Note: New leads trigger Contact Created, not Order Form Submission. Update your workflows if needed.

Order details after payment

The confirmation screen now includes the order ID, items, taxes, total paid, and the next subscription charge (if applicable). You can also redirect buyers to a custom thank-you page that displays their order details.

If you already use Payments, these updates will be available on your next prompt. No reconnection is required.
