Overview

This update refreshes the user management experience with a cleaner layout across Agency and Sub-account. The actions and data remain the same, but navigation is simpler and more consistent.

My Profile is now organized into tabs. The user list and the Create/Edit User flows have been redesigned. The labels “Team” (Agency) and “My Staff” (Sub-account) are now unified under one name: Users.

This update is available through Labs.

What changed

• My Profile tabs: Profile settings are split into clear tabs instead of one long page.
  • Agency: General and Security
  • Sub-account: General, Security, Calendars, Conversations, and Notifications
• Notifications tab (Sub-account): Channel-by-channel visibility replaces the previous cluttered layout.
• Standardized naming: “Team” and “My Staff” are now both labeled “Users”. This is a label change only; functionality is unchanged.
• Updated Users list: A refreshed layout for viewing and managing users.
• Create/Edit User flows: Updated screens, including how permissions are managed.
• Roles & Permissions clarity: Permissions are organized with a left navigation, collapsible sections, and a module search to jump directly to what you need.
• Sub-account user settings tabs: Call/voicemail settings, availability, calendar configuration, and notification settings have updated layouts.

Additional notes

• This is a UI and navigation refresh; underlying capabilities and permissions are unchanged.
• Existing profile settings, user data, and permission configurations carry over as-is.
• The tabbed layout supports adding more settings in the future without making the page harder to use.

How to enable

1. Open Labs in your Agency settings.
2. Turn on User Management – UI Refresh.
3. Visit My Profile and Users to review the changes.
