Sharing links and events in Leadli Communities now includes rich previews that provide context without pulling members out of the conversation.
When someone pastes a supported link or mentions an event in a post or comment, Leadli automatically generates a preview so others can understand what it is at a glance.
What’s included
Rich link and video previews
Paste a supported link (for example, a YouTube or Loom URL) into a post or comment, and Leadli generates a rich preview automatically. Supported videos can be played directly in the feed without opening a new tab.
These previews work in both posts and comments. No setup is required—paste the link and the preview appears.
Interactive event previews
Mention an event in a post and Leadli generates an event preview card that shows key details such as the event name, date, time, price (if applicable), and status.
Members can register or RSVP directly from the preview card without navigating to the Events page.
Why this matters
Previously, shared links could appear as plain text and events required navigating away from the feed. With rich previews, members can review details, watch a video, or register for an event without leaving the conversation.
Notes
- Rich link previews are generated automatically for supported platforms like YouTube and Loom.
- Event previews show the event name, date, time, price (if applicable), and registration status.
- Members can register directly from the event preview card.
