What’s new

Leadli can now auto-detect review profiles across 52+ supported platforms. This helps you quickly find where a business already has reviews and connect the most valuable profiles first.

In Reputation, you’ll see recommended review profiles directly in the product. Each recommendation includes detected review counts, match confidence, and business details so you can connect the right platforms without manual searching.

Key updates

1) Auto-detected review profiles

• View detected profiles across supported platforms such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking.com, Yelp, Trustpilot, and more.
• Before you connect a profile, you can review details like platform, business name, address preview, and available review count.

2) Top recommendation

• A new Top Recommendation highlights the best profile to connect first, based on value and review volume.

3) Review counts before connecting

• Detected listings now show review volume up front, so you can prioritize the platforms that matter most.

4) In-app notifications for newly found review sites

• You’ll receive in-app notifications when high-confidence review sites are discovered for a sub-account. These notifications summarize the opportunity and guide you to connect recommended profiles in Reputation.

5) Faster connect flow

Recommended profiles can be connected directly from:

• Reputation → Overview
• Reputation → Settings → Integrations

6) Confidence-based suggestions

• Detected listings include confidence indicators (High match, Medium match, Multiple matches) to help you choose the right profile.

7) Multiple matches support

If multiple possible listings are found for a platform, you can review and compare matches before selecting the correct business profile. Supported platforms allow multi-page connections, so you can connect multiple review pages when needed.

8) Control for incorrect matches

You can manage suggestions with actions such as:

• View page
• Integrate different profile
• Not my business
